ART NATURE BOX
Founded in 2021
As the practising artist, Loretta Rosa, my commitment to the visual arts began decades before the founding of Art Nature Box in 2021. My extensive arts education started in the early 1980s, including training at East Sydney Technical College, Julian Ashton Art School, and completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Studio).
My paintings and sculptures have been consistently exhibited in group and solo shows, with artworks held in collections globally. My experience in arts education is also long-standing, starting in the 1990s with artist run initiatives, NSW Government Artstart programme and continuing with various themed and private art workshops and life drawing classes.
My study of the visual arts expands beyond practice, encompassing history, academia, and arts exhibiting. Art also profoundly impacts the everyday—providing inspiration, connection, cognitive benefits, and self-confidence, attributes well-documented in relation to the state of creative 'flow’ and mental health benefits.
Art Nature Box was founded with this holistic view in mind: the joy of sharing inspiration alongside the proven health benefits of art practice.
Classes and workshops are designed to meet the varied themes and specific needs of individuals or groups. All tuition is comprehensive, encompassing an introduction to art practice, art history, and the development of your own artistic preferences. Popular themes include;
